To qualify for our free medication services, you need to meet these 3 requirements:
Be a resident of Virginia.
Do Not have prescription drug insurance (including Medicaid or Medicare Part D).
Have limited Income.
how to provide us with proof of income is simple! Proof of income includes food stamp award letter, tax returns, previous pay stubs, letter of support etc. Call us and ask for details. You may fax complete forms to us at 276-498-5268 or drop them off at the Oakwood office.
